摘要
为满足消费者对生态纺织品的需求,采用彩棉与远红外丙纶混纺,织成衬衣面料。根据所设计织物的风格特点,确定了合适的原料规格、纱线规格、织物组织结构、织物规格等。在保证生产过程无污染的前提下,设计了生产及后整理工艺。络筒工序采用"低速度、轻张力、保弹性"的工艺原则;整经速度为600 m/min;浆料配方为磷酸酯淀粉60 kg,完全醇解PVA205 5 kg,LMA-98丙烯酸类12 kg,SLMO-96浆纱油剂2 kg,调浆体积0.75 m^3。采用ZA209i-190型喷气织机织造,工艺原则为"中后梁、大张力、适中气压、中开口";不经漂白和染色,对环境友好,织物风格独特,是极具市场竞争力的衬衣面料。
In order to meet the demand of consumers for high-end ecological textiles, colored cotton and far-infrared polypropylene yams are blended to produce shirt fabrics. Based on the styles of the fabric, suitable raw material specifications, yam specifications, fabric structure, fabric specifications ere are determined, and reasonable production and finishing process are designed at the premise of no pollution in the whole production process. The winding process adopts the principle of "low-speed, light tension, paul flexibility". The speed of warping is 600m/rain; the formula of the slurry is phosphate starch 60kg, complete alcoholysis PVA 205 5kg, LMA-98 acrylic acid 12kg, SLMO-96 sizing agent 2kg, adjusting the volume of 0.75m3. The ZA209i-190 air-jet loom is used with the principle of "middle rear beam, large tension, moderate pressure, middle opening" and without bleaching and dyeing. The environment-friendly fabric style is unique, as the competitive shirt fabric with high quality in market.
