三坐标磁场自动检测及控制装置的实验研究

摘要 针对磁力驱动提花针织机研究,设计了一种三坐标磁感应强度检测装置。介绍了磁场检测系统的硬件结构和软件设计方案,该系统以运动控制卡为核心,结合高斯计作为数据采集装置,将采集到的数据发送到上位机,并通过上位机对数据进行分析、处理并保存。通过Matlab仿真结果与实测数据相比较,验证了三坐标磁场检测装置能够精确检测各项数据,实现了磁感应强度检测的一种方法。 In this paper, we design akind of three coordinate magnetic induction strength testing device for the study ofthe magnetic drive jacquard knitting machine. The magnetic detection system hardware structure and software design are introduced, the system according to the motion control card as the core, combined with Gauss meter as a data acquisition device, the collected data is sent to the host computer and through the host computer of the data were analysis, processing and preservation. By comparing the simulation results with the measured data, the results show that the three coordinate magnetic field detection device can accurately detect all kinds of data, and a method of detecting the magnetic induction intensity is realized.
