摘要
本文通过对县级图书馆读者阅读借阅特征及心理的实践观察和日常读者服务工作经验,论述了县级图书馆对待不同类型读者应该采取不同的服务方式,指出了县级图书馆员应当具备的职业道德素养。
Based on the observation in readers' loaning features and psychology, and daily reader service work experience of the county library, the author expounds that the county-level library should adopt different service measures to different types of readers, and expatiates the professional qualities that librarians of county library should have.
