摘要
为解决海南夏秋季节种菜难问题,从防水淹、降温、抗台风、机械化作业、病虫害防治及经济型等多方面进行系统分析,在几何尺寸、材料及力学分析的基础上,优化设计出一种经济型、可抗13级台风及适合机械化作业的海南常年蔬菜棚型GP—C5250A钢管塑料大棚。GP—C5250A钢管塑料大棚在设计上采用多重覆盖、基础加固、无立柱空间,解决降温不理想、抗风能力差、不利于机械化作业、装卸费工费时等问题;同时,采用"STS"钢结构计算软件对关键部件(拱杆)进行分析,保证设施结构的可靠性,实现海南蔬菜周年生产。
To relieve vegetable production problems in summer and fall, a new type economical steel tube plastic greenhouse (GP C5250A) for Hainan Province was optimized designed, which can resist typhoon not more than level 13 and suitable for mechanized operation. The design was based on geometry, material and mechanical analysis and several systematical analyses, such as flood prevention, cooling, typhoon resistance, mechanized operation, pests and disease prevention and so on. Space with multiple overlaps, reinforced foundation and no column is used to solve unsatisfied cooling, low capability of typhoon resistance, disadvantages of mechani zation, labor and time consuming during handling and other problems. The key component (arch bar) was analyzed with steel structure computer software ("STS") to guarantee the reliable structure of facility and realize the year-round production of vegetables in Hainan.
