肠内营养支持治疗对活动期CD患者血清IL-17和CRP水平的影响

摘要 目的探讨肠内营养(enteral nutrition,EN)对活动期克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)患者血清白介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)和C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平的影响。方法选取32例活动期克罗恩病患者,给予EN治疗,并于服药前1 d及连续服药2周后晨起查患者血清中IL-17和CRP水平。结果给予EN前患者血清IL-17和CRP水平分别为(17.25±2.14)pg/ml、(18.16±5.25)mg/L,2周后IL-17和CRP水平分别为(10.38±1.27)pg/ml、CD患者(11.35±6.70)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠内营养可降低活动期血清IL-17和CRP的水平。 Objective To explore the impact of enteral nutrition on the serum level of IL -17 and CRP in patients with Crohn’s disease.Methods Thirty-two patients with active Crohn’s disease were given enteral nutrition for 2 weeks.Peripher-al blood samples were collected to detect serum levels of IL -17 and CRP by enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) 1 day before treatment and after 2-week enteral nutrition therapy.Results The levels of IL-17 and CRP before and after the 2-week enteral nutrition therapy were (17.25 ±2.14)pg/ml,(18.16 ±5.25)mg/L and (10.38 ±1.27)pg/ml,(11.35 ± 6.70)mg/L,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Enteral nutrition therapy may lower the serum level of IL-17 and CRP in patients with Crohn’s disease.
