摘要
褐藻胶是由β-D-甘露糖醛酸及其C5差向异构体α-L-古洛糖醛酸结合而成的线性高分子多糖。褐藻胶裂解酶通过β消去机制能将褐藻胶降解成具有生物活性的褐藻寡糖。褐藻寡糖因具有独特的促进生长、增强植物抗性、抑菌等生理活性而日益受到人们的关注。简要概述了褐藻胶裂解酶的来源分类、结构功能、酶学性质、褐藻寡糖的应用等方面的研究进展,为褐藻胶裂解酶在工业生产的应用提供理论依据。
Alginate lyases can catalyze the degradation of alginate, a complex copolymer of L-guluronate and its C5 epimer D-mannur- onate, with β-elimination mechanism and yield alginate oligosaccharides. Alginate oligosaccharide has many kinds of biological activi- ties, such as promoting growth, enhancing resistance in plant and bacteriostasis, so that they have attracted more and more people's at- tention. In this paper some research progress in the classification, structure, function, enzymatic properties of alginate lyase and the application of alginate oligosaccharides were reviewed. It will provide a theoretical basis for its application in industrial production.
