1.5T磁共振IFIR序列颈动脉成像的可行性研究

The Feasibility of IFIR Sequence in Carotid Magnetic Resonance Angiography on 1.5T MR System

摘要 目的 探讨1.5T MR扫描仪上流入反转恢复(IFIR)稳态自由进动(FIESTA)结合呼吸激发技术进行颈动脉成像的可行性。方法 收集2015年12月-2016年3月24例健康志愿者进行颈部冠状位IFIR序列扫描,采用GE Optima MR360 1.5T HC MRI超导型扫描仪,8ch CTL12线圈呼吸门控,采集时间约2-3分钟;在ADW4.4工作站上行最大密度投影(MIP)重建,对颈动脉各级分支显示程度及清晰度进行评分,并与呼吸是否规律因素进行对比分析。结果 24例受试者中,图像质量4分14例(58%,14/24),3分6例(25%,6/24),2分2例(8%,2/24),1分2例(8%,2/24)。低分(1-2分)受试者中2例受试者呼吸异常。结论 1.5T磁共振IFIR序列无需造影增强便可清楚显示颈动脉的各级分支,是具有很好临床应用前景的无创、安全、可行的颈动脉血管成像技术。 Objectives To investigate the feasibility of Inflow Inversion Recovery (IFIR) -fast imaging employing steady-state acquisition (FIESTA) combined with respiratory-triggered technique of Carotid magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). Methods From December 2015 to March 2016, twenty-four healthy volunteers were examined with coronal IFIR sequence in neck by GE Optima MR360 1.5T HC superconduction MR equipment and 8ch CTL 12 coil with respiratory gating. Acquisition time was about 2 - 3 minutes. Max Intensity Projection was carried out at ADW4. 4 workstation. Displaying situation and sharpness of branches of carotid artery was scored according to the standards. Whether the respiration was regular or not was analyzed comparatively. Results In all 24 healthy volunteers, The score of image quality was 4 in 14 cases (58%, 14/24), 3 in 6 cases (25%, 6/24), 2 in 2 cases (8%, 2/24), and 1 in 2 cases (8%, 5/24). Abnormal respiratory rhythm was found in2 volunteers who got lower scores (score 1 - 2). Conclusions IFIR can display branches of carotid artery well without contrast agent on 1.5T MR system, it is a noninvasive, safe, feasible imaging technique of carotid MRA in clinical routine practice.
