摘要
自由贸易账户的推出为上海自贸区金融改革奠定了基础。目前自由贸易账户极大促进了自贸区跨境投融资业务的发展,但功能不强制约了其作用的进一步发挥。可借鉴国外金融监管的"沙盒机制",采用"案例创新"的模式拓展上海自贸区自由贸易账户功能,并升级自由贸易账户以提高区内本土证券机构的国际竞争力和提供跨境金融服务。
The promotion of Free trade account has laid the foundation for financial reform in China （Shanghai） Pilot Free Trade Zone. At present, the free trade account has greatly promoted the development of cross-border investments and financing business, however, its weak function restricted the further play of its role. With the ＂sandbox mechanism＂ of supervision experience in foreign countries as reference, the author suggested to use the model of ＂case creation＂ to expand the free trade account function and to upgrade the free trade accounts so as to improve the international competitiveness of local security institutions and provide cross-border financial services.
