摘要
阐述培养化学师范生教学技能的意义,揭示"活动方式说、行为说、结构说及知识说"四种代表性的教学技能观。明确我国化学师范生教学技能的构成要素,提出培养策略,为培养高素质的化学师范生提供重要的理论及实践指导。
The paper expounds the significance of cultivating teaching skills for the chemistry students from Normal University and reveals "the way of activity, the way of behavior, the way of structure, and the way of knowledge", four ways that represent views of teaching skills. The paper also makes it clear the component elements of the teaching skills for the students from Normal University in our country, and puts forward the training strategy in order to provide important theory and practice guidance to cultivate chemical students with high quality from Normal University.
