摘要
针对双甘膦农药废水的生化处理后某些特征污染物不达标的情况,分别采用陶氏NF-90纳滤膜和科氏Sel RO MPS-34纳滤膜应用于膜过滤机组装置中对废水进行膜过滤,结果表明通过以上两种纳滤膜的处理,废水中TP的去除率分别达到99%和94%,Cl-的去除率分别达到97%和28%,TOC的去除率接近100%,膜表面结垢层的形成时间超过360 h。因此膜过滤机组技术可作为双甘膦农药废水深度处理的一种可行方法。
In view of the fact that some typical pollutants are substandard after the herbicide wastewater containing glyphosate have been biochemical treated, we have studied the effective of membrane filtration on TP, Cl^- and TOC removing. With the NF-90 membrane from DOW and the Sel RO MPS-34 membrane from Koch have been applied on vibrating device, we found that 99 % and 94 % TP respectively, 97 % and 28% Cl^- respectively, and almost 100 % TOC have removed after the treatment with the two membranes above, and more than 360 hours has the formation of scaling expended. A conclusion can be reached that vibration membrane technology is a viable advanced treatment for glyphosate herbicide wastewater treatment.
