摘要
从激光多道搭接熔覆熔覆层组织结构特点、温度场变化,多道搭接率分析、不同粉末与基材熔覆以及熔覆层裂纹形成原因及控制等方面综述了激光多道搭接熔覆研究现状,提出了激光多道搭接熔覆技术的发展趋势。
The research status of muti-track overlapping laser cladding was reviewed from the microstructure characteristic, temperature field chagne of multi-track overlapping laser cladding, the overlap ratio of multi-track overlapping laser cladding,the cladding of different materials and substrate and the crack formation reason of laser cladding and its control. The development trend of multi-track overlapping laser cladding was put forward.
