摘要
为研究新型保温材料在电厂的应用效果及节能效率,采用实验室管道模拟装置测试了材料的保温性能。在600 MW超临界机组的主蒸汽管道、给水管道和锅炉水冷壁上,对保温结构进行热态考核,得出散热损失。与硅酸铝棉的对比测试数据显示,新型保温材料使用厚度低,保温效果优良,节约设备空间,在单位主蒸汽管道上每天减少热量损失3 731.8 k J,节约标煤0.13 kg。新型保温材料可有效阻挡热量传递,减小能量损失,经济性强。
To investigate power plant application and energy - saving efficiency of a new thermal insula- tion material, thermal insulation property was obtained by using pipeline simulator in laboratory. Heat loss of material used on steam pipe, water pipe and boiler water wall of a 600 MW supercritical unit were obtained by measuring and evaluating insulation construction. Testing data compared with aluminium sili- cate wool showed that the thickness of the new material is much lower, and insulation effect is more ex- cellent. Using new material instead of aluminium silicate wool can save factory space, and energy of 3 731.8 kJ (equal to standard coal of 0.13 kg) one day on per meter steam pipe. New material can block heat transfer effectively, reduce energy loss and has stronger economy.
