挤条成型合成气一步法制二甲醚双功能催化剂的研究

摘要 选择Cu/Zn/Al_2O_3和拟薄水铝石,同时添加助剂,采用挤条法成型合成气一步法制备二甲醚的双功能催化剂,通过对催化剂进行强度测试、表征和性能评价,确定了最佳的催化剂制备条件为:Cu/Zn/Al_2O_3与拟薄水铝质量比1∶1,胶溶剂硝酸质量分数为4%,助挤剂质量分数柠檬酸为5%、田菁粉为2.5%,用水量与原料粉体的质量比为0.60。在此条件下制备的催化剂,其强度可达153N/cm,在250℃、3MPa、2500m L/(g·h)的条件下,催化剂CO转化率为79.8%,二甲醚的选择性为49.1%,甲醇的选择性为15.2%。 The Cu/Zn/Al2O3 was mixed with pseudo boehmite and extrusion assistants to prepare the shaped bi-functional catalyst for one-step synthesis of dimethyl ether from syngas by extrusion. Through strength measurement, characterization and activity tests of the shaped catalysts, the optimal extrusion shaping conditions were determined as follows: mass ratio of Cu/Zn/Al2O3 to pseudo hoehmite of 1 : 1, peptizer (HNO3) mass fraction of 4%, lubricants citric acid and sesbaria cannabina powder of 5% and 2.5%, respectively, and mass ratio of water to solid material of 0.60. The catalyst shaped at the optimized conditions had a strength of about 153N/cm, and over it, under 250℃, 3MPa and GHSV of 1500mL/(g-h), CO conversion was 79.8% with a DME selectivity of 49.1% and a methanol selectivity of 15.2%.
