摘要
为了优化具有再生再利用的多杂质水网络设计,提出一种二分法设计方法。即认为所有过程仅包含不使用和使用再生水的过程,假设前者完全使用新鲜水,根据过程的源水流值可算出初始再生浓度C^0_(reg),其流量待定,然后基于再利用的设计方法进行设计。完成本次迭代后,以未回用的源水流即为再生前水流,将其流量与再生水用量进行比较,数值较小者与再生水量的初值构成一个区间,用二分法确定出再生水量,据此选择浓度势较小的再生前水流,并计算出再生浓度C^i_(reg),直至{C^i_(reg)}收敛时结束。并对文献中几个实例进行计算,结果表明此方法设计步骤简捷、计算量小,且设计的新鲜水用量和再生浓度比文献的设计值低。
A dichotomization method was presented for optimizing the design of the multi-contaminant water-using networks with regeneration and reuse. Because all processes contain water-using network without using the regenerated water and that using the regenerated water, it is assumed that the water-using networks without using the regenerated water are completely determined by freshwater. The initial concentration Creg^0 of the regenerated water stream can be calculated based on the water quantity of its source water streams, its flow rate is to be determined, and then the water-using network is designed using the design method with reuse water. After the first iteration, the source water stream in the water-using network without using the regenerated water is set as the water stream before regenerating because it is not reused. Comparing its flow rate to the regenerated water quantity, the lesser one and the initial value of the regenerated water flow rate constitute an interval for determining the regenerated water flow rate by the dichotomy. The concentration Creg^i of regenerated water can successively be calculated based on the flow rate of water streams with lower concentration potential before regenerating, and the iterations are finished until the convergence of { Creg^i } is achieved. Calculations on the examples in the references were performed and shows that the design method proposed obtained smaller freshwater consumption and concentration of the regenerated water than that in the references with less calculation.
