摘要
肺癌是当今社会发病率较高的恶性肿瘤,仍以手术治疗和放化疗为主,不仅给患者带来极大的痛苦,而且化疗药物较大的细胞毒性致使部分患者由于耐受差而失去治疗机会。现可通过检测患者的基因型进行更为行之有效的个体化治疗,降低不良反应与毒副作用,提高治疗效率。我们就近年国内外对非小细胞肺癌检测手段的进展情况做简要综述。
Lung cancer is one of higher incidence cancers in society, the main methods are still surgery andchemotherapy, not only bring great sufferings to patients, and chemotherapy drugs contain greater cytotoxicity, re-sulting in some patients lost to be treated due to poor tolerance. Now through examining patients with genotype,thus a more effective individualized treatment to reduce adverse reactions and side effects, improve the treatmentefficiency. The paper detection means from both at home and abroad in recent years, on the progress of nonsmall cell lung cancer detection methods were reviewed.
