航空发动机零部件防火性能研究及适航审定探索 被引量:8

摘要 依据中国民航规章《航空发动机适航规定》CCAR 33.17防火条款,对某型航空发动机管路和箱体部件进行了防火试验。通过对试验数据进行分析,提出影响发动机零部件防火性能及试验成功的三个关键因素:部件内存留工质体积;工质流量;部件腔内压力。在此基础上,对适航审定过程中防火试验判据要素进行了研究,并对航空发动机零部件防火设计展开了探索。 According to the investigation of engine fire protection regulation CCAR 33.17 of China Civil Aviation Regulations Airworthiness Standards : Aircraft Engines, fire tests of a specific pipeline and fuel tank were carried out. Based on the fire tests and analysis, three essential factors of fire protection performance and regulation certification were presented : volume of medium in test article ; mass flow of medium ; pressure of test article. At the end, the certification factor of fire test was discussed ; fire protection design of aircraft engines was investigated.
