摘要
高耗能产品是我国推进节能减排战略的重点,需要系统研究其节能减排技术体系建设与节能减排协同效应的关系。运用价值流分析方法和欧氏空间坐标系分析方法构建产品生产过程节能减排技术体系及其协同效应三维分析模型。以一高耗能产品为例,分析各项技术的节能减排原理、效应以及技术体系协同效应。结果表明,该三维分析模型对于深入研究高耗能产品的节能减排技术体系建设与节能减排协同效应具有一定的理论和实际应用价值。
It is an important project to improve the coordination effect of energy conservation and emission reduction ( EC- ER) through building technical system now. Energy intensive products are the key to promote ECER strategy in China. It is necessary to study the relationship between the construction of technology system and coordination effect of ECER. Thus, this paper builds a three - dimensional model to analyze ECER technology system and coordination effect in production of a product by the analysis method of value flow and Euclidean space coordinate system. With an energy intensive product as the example, this paper uses this model to analyze the technical principle, effect and technology system coordination effect of ECER in each stage of production. The results show that the three - dimensional analysis model has a certain value of theoretical and practical application for further studying the construction of the technology system and coordination effect of ECER of energy intensive products.
