摘要
建立了等离子-MIG/MAG复合焊接电弧-熔池统一的有限元数学模型。在对模型的控制方程分析和边界条件确定的基础上,使用FLUENT有限元分析软件并进行UDF二次开发,模拟了稳态复合电弧的行为特征及焊接熔池的形态。结果表明:等离子体电弧与MIG/MAG电弧形成非常良好的复合效果,二者在电磁力的作用下相互耦合,形成形态较好的电弧高温区。计算的熔池形状与试验相吻合,熔深误差也在合理范围内,验证了复合电弧模拟的准确性。
The finite element mathematical model of arc and molten pool of plasma-MIG/MAG hybrid welding was established. Based on the analysis of the control equation and the boundary condition of the model, using the FLUENT software and UDF, the behavior characteristics of stable arc and the shape of weld pool were simulated. The results show that the effect of composite arc of plasma arc and MIG/MAG arc is very good, and good shape of arc high temperature zone is formed under mutual coupling of electromagnetic force. The shape of simulcted molten pool is consistent with that of the calculation of experiment and the error of melting depth is within a reasonable range, which verifies the simulation accuracy of composite arc.
