摘要 针对电力机车控制电源故障造成机车机破途停的现状,设计了控制电源监测及故障提示系统。采用数字信号处理方式设计的系统,实现了对机车控制电源、蓄电池和自动开关工作状态在线监测,经过数据分析处理找出控制电源存在的隐性故障或性能缺陷,及时采取应急措施消除故障隐患,防止机车机破途停事故发生。系统通过34台SS8型机车安装运行,机车控制电源故障频率大幅降低,改善了机车控制电源工况,提高了机车运行的可靠性。 A monitoring and failure alarm system is designed to solve the problem of emergent stop when appearing failure of control power. The on-line supervision of working condition for control power, storage cells and automatic switches is achieved by the way of digital signal processing. The potential drawbacks or performance defects can be located through data analysis, then, the corresponding measures are taken to eliminate the failure and to avoid emergent stop. Testing by 34 of SS8 electric locomotive, the failure frequency of control power is significantly reduced and the working condition of control power is improved, which leads to the increase of operation reliability.
