摘要
为了解冻融环境下碾压混凝土的性能衰减规律,利用冻融试验和抗剪试验,对冻融环境下不同粉煤灰掺量的碾压混凝土进行抗剪断分析,研究了碾压混凝土的质量损失特征和抗剪参数变化特征。结果表明,在相同的冻融条件下粉煤灰掺量为60%的碾压混凝土的质量损失率最大,本体碾压混凝土的抗冻性优于层面碾压混凝土;本体碾压混凝土的抗剪断参数值比层面碾压混凝土的高;粉煤灰掺量为50%左右时,碾压混凝土的抗剪强度达到相对最佳。
In order to understand the law of attenuation of performance of roller compacted concrete in freeze-thaw circumstance,the influence of roller compacted concrete of different contents of fly ash in freeze-thaw circumstance was analyzed by the test of freeze-thaw cycle and shear.The characteristics of mass loss and the variation characteristics of shear parameters of roller compacted concrete were studied.The results show that the quality loss of the concrete with fly ash content of 60%is the biggest,and the frost resistance of the concrete is better than that of the concrete under the same freezing and thawing conditions;the frost resistance of the body of concrete is better than that of the layer;the shear parameters of the body roller compacted concrete is higher than that of the layer;the shear strength was relatively the best when the fly ash content reached about 50%.
