摘要
鼓噪"所有制歧视"的真实意图是想模糊公有制与私有制界限,为进一步推行私有化鸣锣开道。坚持公有制主体地位是国有企业混合所有制改革的基本原则,改革的目标是增强国有经济活力、控制力、影响力。以国有经济为核心的公有制经济之于中国共产党的重要性,不仅在于它标志着中国共产党执政的合理性,还在于它是中国共产党能够完全掌控的经济和物质力量。如果放任私有化改革,则最终会使中国共产党丧失执政地位。
The real purpose of the advocacy of ＂ownership discrimination＂ is to blur the boundary between the public ownership and private ownership and clear the way for further practicing the private ownership.Persisting in the public ownership＇s mainstay in the basic economic systemis the basic principle for the diverse ownership reform of the state-owned enterprises. The goal of diverse ownership reformis to enhance the vitality of the state-owned sector of the economy and its capacity to leverage and influence the economy. The public economic entities, of which the state-owned sector of economy is the core, are crucial to the communist party not only because they symbolize the ruling rationality of the communist party but also because they are the economic and material power that communist party can utterly control. Indulging the privatization reform will eventually deprive the communist party of the ruling status.
