摘要
探矿权转采矿权开发利用按说是个顺理成章的事情,事实上近几年由探矿权转采矿权开发利用新上矿山不少,遗憾的是好多矿山一上马就下马,竟其原因多是因为勘查类型定的过高,网度过大或工业指标定的过低,导致无矿可采或采出的矿石品位过低,引起矿山亏损严重不得不下马,对单位造成巨大损失,给国家带来浪费。严格遵守规范、规定,客观反映矿床的真实情况是避免类似事件发生的根本原因。
Transfer of prospecting right to mining right for exploitation is logically a plain thing and, actually many new mines have been put into operation by transfer of exploitation right from prospecting right in recent years. It is a pity that many mines have endured shut-down shortly after commissioning. The reasons for that are overdue delineation of exploration type, sparse distribution of exploration grid and too low setting of industrial index, giving rise to too low ore grade and heavy deficit for the enterprises. The way to avoid this occurrence is to strictly respect the specifications and stipulations, and to objectively reflect real situations of the ore deposits.
