摘要
针对导轨式电磁发射装置的烧蚀现象,研究了沟槽烧蚀、刨削烧蚀、转捩烧蚀以及炮口电弧烧蚀等四种典型烧蚀原因及其抑制措施,并利用30 mm口径导轨式电磁发射装置原理样机进行了试验研究。结果表明:通过良好的电枢-轨道结构和材料的匹配设计,以及脉冲储能电源的输出电流波形控制,可以有效抑制轨道烧蚀现象。
To solve the problem of the erosion phenomenon of the rail electromagnetic launch system, four typical causes of erosion and countermeasures for start groove, gouging, transition and muzzle arc are analyzed. A 30 mm caliber rail electromagnetic launch prototype machine is built and many tests are performed. The results show that the erosion can be controlled effectively by the match de- sign of the structure and material between the armature and the rail, and by the pulse current wave control of the power supply system.
