摘要
基于剑麻纸浆与吡咯通过原位聚合方法制备聚吡咯@剑麻纸浆(PPy@ SP)复合材料,研究了剑麻纸浆对聚吡咯的分散效果和PPy@ SP复合材料在溶液中对偶氮类有机阴离子染料甲基橙(MO)的吸附效果。采用偏光显微镜和扫描电镜观察发现,剑麻纸浆可以有效地解决聚吡咯团聚问题。PPy@ SP复合材料对MO染料的吸附依赖于溶液的pH值,pH等于5时吸附效果较好。通过对实验数据进行分析拟合,PPy@ SP对MO染料的吸附过程较好地符合伪二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温模型,298 K的最大吸附容量达到了245.98 mg/g。
Polypyrrole@sisal pulp (PPy@SP) composites were prepared with renewable cellulosic resources via a simple in-situ chemical oxidation polymerization. The effect of SP for PPy disperse and the adsorption of methyl orange (MO) on PPy@SP composite was studied. POM and SEM results show the SP can effectively solve PPy reunification. The adsorption results indicate that the removal efficiency of MO dyes is dependent on the initial pH, with an optimum when pH equates 5. The sorption kinetic data fit well with the pseudo-second order model and Langmuir isotherm model, and the maximum adsorption capacity is 245.98 mg/g at 298 K.
