糖皮质激素联合免疫抑制剂治疗IgA肾病伴肾病综合征及肾功能不全的效果观察被引量：1

摘要目的探讨糖皮质激素联合免疫抑制剂治疗IgA肾病伴肾病综合征及肾功能不全的效果。方法选取我院收治的108例IgA肾病伴肾病综合征及肾功能不全患者,将患者分为对照组53例和观察组55例,对照组予以糖皮质激素治疗,观察组予以糖皮质激素联合免疫抑制剂治疗,比较两组的效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的TC、TG、Alb、24hUPE均优于治疗前,且观察组患者的TC、TG、Alb、24hUPE均优于对照组(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的Scr、BUN与治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论对IgA肾病伴肾病综合征及肾功能不全患者予以糖皮质激素联合免疫抑制剂治疗,能有效减少蛋白尿,值得进一步推广。
