The Study of Magnetic Phase Transition of Pr_(0.3)Gd_(0.2)Sr_(0.5)MnO_3 Polycrystalline Sample System

摘要 通过高温固相反应法制成多晶样品Pr_(0.3)Gd_(0.2)Sr_(0.5)MnO_3,并对样品进行了结构和磁性的分析。结果表明,样品的单相性很好。采用超导量子磁强计(SQUID)和电子自旋共振仪(ESR)测量样品磁性可知,随着温度的降低样品经历了两次磁相变,从高温顺磁态转变为中间铁磁态最后在低温下转变为反铁磁态。并且在TC1与TC2之间,样品呈现顺磁铁磁混合态,说明有类似Griffiths-like phase存在,这是由于淬态无序引起样品结构的内部不均匀性。 Polycrystalline sample Pr0. 3 Gd0.2 Sr0.5 MnO3 was prepared by conventional solid state reaction method, and the structure and magnetic properties of the sample was analyzed. Research shows that the samples are in single phase. Magnetic properties have been studied by SQUID and ESR. With the temperature decreases, the sample goes through two magnetic tran- sition, from high -temperature paramagnetic transition to ferromagnetic state, finally to the antiferromagnetie state in the low temperature. The sample exhibits paramagnetic - ferromagnetic mixed state between Tc1 and Tc2, which is due to intrinsic inhomogeneity caused by quenched disorder.
