摘要
随着当今社会互联网技术的飞速发展和智能手机的广泛使用,微信营销作为一种对传统网络营销的突破与创新,立即在我国迅速发展。然而,微信营销由于游离于电子商务模式之外的特殊性等因素,存在着很多漏洞和不确定因素。现通过法律角度研究厘清微信营销中各方主体的权利义务等法律关系,对其存在的风险进行法律分析,有利于就规范微信营销的相关法律问题提出建议,维护消费者自身的合法权益。
With the rapid development of today's society Internet technology and widely used of intelligent mobile phone, as a break- through and innovation of the traditional network marketing , WeChat marketing are developing rapidly in China. However, due to the special nature of being free from the electronic business model and other factors, there are many loopholes and uncertainties. Now Let's clarify the main parties of WeChat marketing in the rights and obligations of the legal relationship through the legal perspective in order to the legal analysis of the risks, it's beneficial for us to offer suggestions for standardizing the legal issues related to WeChat marketing, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of consumers
