摘要 本文研究了热处理工艺对Mn73Cu20Ni5Fe2阻尼特性的影响。采用高精度多功能内耗仪测试了合金的内耗随温度、频率变化的规律。结果表明:采用850℃/1h或900℃/1h炉冷热处理,即可获得高阻尼性能;900℃保温1h,分别炉冷至400℃、450℃和500℃进行时效处理,合金仍保持较高的阻尼性能;氢气氛保护热处理较真空下热处理的阻尼性能显著提高;随着测试频率的提高,孪晶转变内耗峰向高温方向平移。 In this of Mn73Cu20Ni5Fe2 paper the influence of heat treatment process on the damping properties alloy was investigated. The high precision multifunctional internal friction instrument was used and frequency. The resul furnace coolin furnace coolin high damping g, the high g to 400 ℃ properties ; to test the internal friction of the alloy changing with temperature ts show that using 850 ℃/1 h or 900℃/1 h heat treatment with damping performance is obtained; 900℃ for 1 h, then respectively , 450℃ and 500 ℃ for aging treatment, the alloy still maintains heat treatment under hydrogen atmosphere protection significantly increased damping performance compared with heat treatment under vacuum; along with the increase of the testing frequency, internal friction peak of twins change moves to the direction of high temperature.
