摘要
目的探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液辅助用于治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床治疗效果。方法选择2012年7月—2014年10月我院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者114例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各57例。对照组患者采取口服甲硝唑及左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上,联合蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗。治疗两周后,对比两组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎,临床疗效确切且不良反应较少,可推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of PudilanXiaoyan oral liquid in the assisted treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 114 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital from July 2012 to October 2014 were selected, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 57 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with oral metronidazole and levofloxacin. The observation group was given PudilanXiaoyan oral liquid based on the control group. After two weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion PudilanXiaoyan oral liquid in the assisted treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease had definite clinical effect and less adverse reactions, and can be used to promote.
