摘要
琼胶是由红藻类植物提取的亲水性胶体,是目前世界上用途最广泛的海藻胶之一。本文综述了从江蓠和龙须菜中提取琼胶的工艺方法,并简要阐述了琼胶及琼胶寡糖在食品、药品、生物工程、化妆品等领域的应用进展。
Agar is a kind of hydrophile colloid extracted from red alga and it is one of the most widely used alga colloid in the world. In this paper, it was summarized that the techniques of extraction of agar from Gracilaria Algae and Gracilaria Lemaneiformis. Agar and agaro -oligo saccharide has been applied in many industries such as food, medicine, biological engineering, cosmetic, etal. And the application of agar and agaro - oligo saccharide was briefly introduced in the paper.
