摘要
文章从开发超仿棉纤维的意义入手,对国内外超仿棉技术水平与发展趋势作了分析,并从化纤产品开发、超仿棉纱线开发、超仿棉面料开发3个方面着重介绍了我国"超仿棉项目"产业化取得的成果,综合分析了化纤领域、织造领域、染整领域在"超仿棉项目"产业化过程中攻克的技术关键,最后对超仿棉产业化提出了几点建议。
Starting from the significance of developing super cotton-like fiber, this paper analyzes the trend of the technology and its development at home and abroad. From the developments of the chemical fiber products, super cotton-like yam, super cotton-like fabrics, the paper mainly introduces the achievements in the super cotton-like project industrialization, comprehensively analyzes the key technologies in the fields of chemical fiber, weaving, dyeing and finishing, which have been overcome in the process of super cotton-like project industrialization, and finally puts forward some suggestions on the super cotton-like product industrialization.
