摘要 针对裂纹缺陷对弧形钢闸门强度的影响,运用有限元理论和ANSYS子模型技术,建立弧形钢闸门有限元模型,从弧形钢闸门整体模型不同位置取实体子模型,在实体子模型中考虑不同位置、不同长度、不同深度的裂纹缺陷,进行弧形钢闸门有限元计算分析。实例应用结果表明,裂纹缺陷处应力集中系数均随裂纹缺陷尺寸的增加而增大,缺陷处应力集中呈尖端效应,在构件运行时,裂纹区域应力集中会诱发裂纹扩展,减小构件的有效承载面积,降低结构的疲劳强度,在实际工程中应尽量避免裂纹的存在。 Aiming at the impact of weld crack defect on the strength of radial steel gate,the complete radial steel gate finite element model was established by using ANSYS software and sub-model technology.Solid sub-models were drawn from the different locations of complete radial steel gate model.Considering different locations,lengths and depths of crack defect,the solid sub-models were connected to radial steel gate and calculated with finite element.Example results show that the stress concentration coefficients in crack defect increase with the defect sizes enlarging.The long-term effects may lead to crack propagation,and it should reduce the effective bearing area of building section and the fatigue strength of the structure.Thus,actual engineering should try to avoid the crack defect.
