摘要
目的:观察中医正骨手法联合经皮闭合穿克氏针内固定治疗儿童不稳定型肱骨外髁骨折的疗效。方法:选取本院2014年1月—2016年5月治疗的儿童不稳定型肱骨外髁骨折患者54例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组27例。对照组给予开放复位内固定治疗,研究组给予中医正骨手法联合经皮闭合穿克氏针内固定治疗。结果:两组患儿术后4周Mayo肘关节功能评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组术后8周、10周Mayo肘关节功能评分显著高于对照组(t_1=2.662,t_2=2.267,P<0.05);研究组优秀率为92.59%,对照组优秀率为74.07%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医正骨手法联合经皮闭合穿克氏针内固定治疗儿童不稳定型肱骨外髁骨折疗效显著,可有效改善患儿肘关节功能。
Objective :To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM bone-setting manipulation in combination with percutaneous closure internal fixation with Kirschner wire on children unstable humeral lateral condyle fracture. Methods : Fifty-four patients with children unstable humeral lateral condyle fracture who were treated in our hospital between 2014 Jan. and May were chosen as the research subjects, and divided into the control group and the research group according to random number table method, with 27 ca- ses in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation method, while the ones in the research group were treated with TCM bone-setting manipulation in combination with percutaneous closure internal fixation with Kirschner wire, Results:After 4 weeks' treatment,the two groups' Mayo elbow scores had no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05 ). On the 82 and 102 week respectively after the operation,the research group's Mayo elbow function score was significant- ly higher than that of control group ( tI = 2. 662, t2 = 2. 267 ,P 〈 0.05 ). The excellent rate of the research group was 92.59%, while that of the control group was 74.07 % ; The research group was better than the control group( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:TCM bone-setting manipulation in combination with percutaneous closure internal f'Lxation with Kirschner wire has a remarkable clini- cal curative effect on children unstable humeral lateral condyle fracture,and can improve the diseased children's elbow joint function.
