摘要
目的观察玉屏风颗粒联合匹多莫德辅助治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的疗效。方法选取2013年12月至2015年12月我院收治的102例慢性支气管炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各51例,对照组采用匹多莫德治疗,观察组在此基础结合玉屏风颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效及生活质量情况。结果两组治疗后PaO_2、PaCO_2、FEV1、FEV1指标均较治疗前改善,且观察组改善幅度较对照组大(P<0.05);对照组气喘、咳痰、咳嗽症状积分较观察组高(P<0.05);其GQOL-74评分各项评分也较观察组低(P<0.05)。结论采用玉屏风颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作能有效改善患者肺功能障碍,减轻临床症状,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yupingfeng particles and Pidotimod adjuvant therapy in acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 102 cases chronic bronchitis were chosen from December 2013 to December 2015 and randomly divided into control group and the observation group,with 51 cases in each group.Control group was given Pidotimod treatment,and the observation group was given Yupingfeng particles and Pidotimod adjuvant therapy.Clinical efficacy and quality of living conditions were compared.Results After treatment,the indicators like PaO2,PaCO2,FEV1,FEV1 of two groups improved,and the magnitude of improvement in observation group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.The points of asthma,sputum,cough in control group was higher than the observation group（P〈0.05）,but its GQOL-74 scores was lower than the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis given Yupingfeng particles combined Pidotimod therapy could improvelung function disorders,reduce symptoms and improve quality of life.
