摘要
针对某皮卡车特定车速下的异常振动问题,对其车架进行有限元模态分析。根据车架的模态分布提出模态匹配策略,为此,采用Kriging代理模型和多目标遗传算法,对车架动态特性进行优化。优化结果表明:车架低阶模态避开了可能发生共振的频段,同时实现了车架轻量化与刚度提升;对比优化前后道路行驶测试结果,验证了优化方案的有效性。
Aiming at the abnormal vibration of a pick-up truck at specific speed,a finite element modal analysis on its frame is conducted. According to the modal distribution of frame obtained,a modal matching strategy is proposed,for which the dynamic characteristics of frame is optimized with Kriging surrogate model and multi-objective genetic algorithm. The results of optimization show that the low-order modes of frame is kept away from frequency band of possible resonance with its stiffness increases and lightweighting achieved. The comparison between road test results before and after optimization verifies the effectiveness of optimization scheme adopted.
