摘要
目的 探讨益气固肾方治疗葡萄膜炎性黄斑水肿的临床疗效及安全性.方法 选取葡萄膜炎性黄斑水肿患者42例（49眼）为研究对象,随机分为TA治疗组和中药治疗组,治疗后随访6个月期间,至少每个月检查1次,根据光学相干断层扫描（OCT）测量黄斑中心凹厚度.比较治疗前及治疗后1、3、6个月最佳矫正视力（BCVA）,治疗前及治疗后6个月OCT结果,并观察治疗后6个月内并发症的发生情况.结果 两组治疗后一个月,曲安奈德治疗组疗效明显优于中药治疗组,最佳矫正视力比较P〈0.01,治疗后三个月对比, 曲安奈德治疗组疗效明显优于中药治疗组, 最佳矫正视力比较P〈0.05, 治疗后六个月对比, 中药治疗组疗效明显优于曲安奈德治疗组, 最佳矫正视力比较P〈0.01, OCT结果比较,中药治疗组治疗后（p=0.045）疗效明显优于 TA 治疗组（p=0.645）.治疗后1个月内 TA 治疗组仅3例 （15.15%） 发生眼压一过性增高,未见其他明显眼不良事件.结论 益气固肾方治疗葡萄膜炎性黄斑水肿长期疗效确切,且具有较好的安全性和抗复发效应,但短期疗效低于TA治疗组.
Objective： To investigate the treatment of uveitis Fang Qi Gushen macular edema clinical efficacy and safety. Methods： During uveitis macular edema in 42 patients （49） for the study were randomly divided into TA treatment group and treatment group, were followed up for six months, at least once a month to check, based on optical coherence tomography scan （OCT） measurement of foveal thickness. Compared before and after treatment 1,3,6 months of best corrected visual acuity （BCVA）, before treatment and after 6 months OCT outcomings were observed after the occurrence within 6 months of treatment complications. Results ：After one month of treatment, triamcinolone treatment group was significantly better than the treatment group, best corrected visual acuity P 〈0.01, after three months of treatment compared triamcinolone treatment group was significantly better than the treatment group, BCVA comparison P 〈0.05, after six months of treatment compared treatment group was significantly better than triamcinolone acetonide group, BCVA comparison P 〈0.01, OCT outcomings comparing treatment group after treatment （p = 0.045） were significantly better than TA treatment group （p = 0.645）. TA treatment group within a month only 3 cases （15.15%） after treatment a transient increase of intraocular pressure, and no other obvious ocular adverse events. Conclusion ：Yiqi Gushen Treatment of uveitis macular edema long-term efficacy, and has good safety and anti-retroviral effect, but lower than the short-term efficacy of TA treatment group.
