摘要
目的：探究在原发性高血压患者治疗的过程中使用替米沙坦联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗,其疗效和安全性.方法：对照组和观察组患者分别为硝苯地平缓释片治疗和替米沙坦联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗,两组均为通过随机分组而得,共80例患者为我院 2013年3到 2016年6月间收治;不同治疗方法进行干预后观察其效果.结果：比较两组患者的有效率发现观察组明显较高,观察组为 95.0%,对照组为 80.0%,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.观察两组患者不良反应,观察组明显较低,其中观察组为 2.5%,对照组为10.0%,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论：替米沙坦联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压疗效良好,同时及安全性具有较高的安全性,因而我们值得在临床借鉴.
Objective： To explore the use of telmisartan combined with Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets therapy in the primary treatment of hypertension patients, its efficacy and safety. Methods： the control group and the observation group were treated for Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets and Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets combined with telmisartan treatment, two groups were obtained by random grouping, a total of 80 cases of patients in our hospital from 2013 3 to June 2016 from different treatment approachs; observe the effect after intervention. Results： the effective rate of the two groups was found to be significantly higher in the observation group, the observation group was 95%, the control group was 80%, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Observed two groups of patients with adverse reactions, the observation group was significantly lower, and the observation group was 2.5%, the control group was 10%, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： the curative effect of telmisartan combined with Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets for the treatment of essential hypertension is good, high security and safety at the same time, so we worthy of clinical reference.
