摘要
目的：对老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者采用非手术治疗与手术治疗的效果进行对比.方法：选取2013年4月至2015年4月期间我院收治的118例腰椎管狭窄症患者进行研究,随机分为观察组与对照组,各59例,对照组采用非手术治疗方法,观察组采用手术治疗方法,对两组患者的治疗效果及相关治疗指标进行对比.结果：对所有患者进行1年随访,对治疗后患者生活质量调查表评分、医生测评评分与治疗前对比,改善明显,差异有统计学意义,P 〈0.05;治疗后,观察组在症状、体征及疼痛改善程度方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P 〈0.05;在生活健康质量方面,虽然观察组优于对照组,但两组差异不大,无统计学意义,P 〉0.05.结论：对老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者采用手术方法治疗,可有效缓解患者疼痛,缩短住院时间,对手术指征明显的患者治疗具有优越性,而对于无法实施手术治疗的患者,可采用非手术方法治疗.
objective： to senile degenerative disease of lumbar spinal stenosis were treated by non-surgical treatment compared with the effect of surgical treatment. Conclusion： the senile degenerative disease of lumbar spinal stenosis were treated by surgical treatment, which can effectively relieve patients’ pain, shorter hospital stay, therapy in patients with surgical indications apparent has the superiority, for can not be implemented, surgical treatment of patients can use nonsurgical treatment.
