摘要
选取2004-2014年我国30个省份的面板数据为样本,采用系统GMM法实证分析了创新对产业结构升级的动态效应与区域差异。研究表明:我国产业结构升级具备一定的刚性,前期产业结构优化水平对后期会产生显著的正向影响;创新指标中专利授权数对产业结构升级有着显著的正向影响,而研发内部投入的影响不显著,且创新对产业结构优化升级的影响存在区域差异,东部作用最大;外商直接投资对产业结构升级的影响呈现出倒"U"型特征,即随着外商直接投资额的增加,我国产业结构优化水平呈现出先上升后将下降的趋势,且外商直接投资对西部地区作用较弱。
Selecting the panel data of 30 provinces of China in 2004-2014 as the sample, the paper uses the system GMM method to analyze the dynamic effects and regional differences of innovation on industrial structure upgrading. Research shows that the upgrading of industrial structure in China has a certain rigidity, the level of previous industrial structure optimization will have a significant positive impact on the latter; Patent license has a significant positive impact on industrial structure upgrading, while the impact of internal investment in R＆D is not significant, besides, there are regional differences in the impact of innovation on industrial structure optimization and upgrading, the effect in eastern is the biggest; Foreign direct investment has inverted ＂U＂ type characteristics of the effect on industrial structure upgrading, that is, with the increase of foreign direct investment, the optimization of industrial structure in our coxmtry presents a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, and the role of foreign direct investment in the western region is weak.
