摘要
目的观察祛风宣肺止咳方治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选择风痰闭阻型感染后咳嗽患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组均为30例,对照组口服孟鲁司特钠(杭州默沙东制药有限公司),每日1次,每次10 mg;治疗组在对照组的基础上加服祛风宣肺止咳方,每2日1剂,2组均治疗10 d。2组分别于治疗前后填写咳嗽症状自评量表,观察临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率为86.7%,对照组为73.3%,2组比较,经统计学处理,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论祛风宣肺止咳方治疗感染后咳嗽疗效确切。
Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Qufeng Xuanfei Zhike Prescription on treatment of postinfectious cough patients. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases per group. The control group was treated with montelukast sodium（ Hangzhou Merck Pharmaceutical Co. , Ltd. ） while the treatment group was added Qufeng Xuanfei Zhike Prescription on the basic treatment of the control group, one preparation every 2 days. The two groups were treated for 10 days. The self- rating cough depression scales of the two groups were filled before and after the treatment to observe the clinical effect. Results ：The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7% while that of the control group was 73.3%. The comparison of the two groups was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Qufeng Xuanfei Zhike Decoction has definite effect on treatment of postinfectious cough.
