单肺通气下脑氧饱和度降低对患者术后认知功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 术后认知功能障碍是老年患者术后的常见并发症。在胸外科手术中,由于使用了单肺通气(OLV)这种非生理性的通气方式,可使通气-血流比例失调,增加肺分流,从而导致低氧血症,最终导致脑部供氧不足,长时间的脑组织缺血缺氧可以导致患者术后认知功能的减退。脑氧饱和度(rSO2)可反映大脑缺氧的情况,本文就胸科手术老年患者OLV期rSO2降低对认知功能的影响进行综述。
