摘要
目的:建立蕲艾挥发油的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)指纹图谱,为蕲艾挥发油的鉴定和内在质量提供评价依据。方法:采集15批次蕲艾样品,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取不同批次的蕲艾挥发油,并以进样口温度为230℃,载气为氮气,载气流速为0.8 mL·min-1,程序升温对15批蕲艾挥发油进行GC-MS分析,建立指纹图谱,并对指纹图谱进行相似度分析。结果:标定了p-伞花烃、桉油精、萜品烯、侧柏酮、樟脑、冰片、1-石竹烯、氧化石竹烯等23个特征性指标成分作为共有特征峰建立蕲艾GCMS指纹图谱。15蕲艾挥发油的共有峰的相对保留时间、共有峰相对峰面积的RSD差别均较小,相似度大于0.90。结论:本方法建立的蕲艾挥发油的GC-MS指纹图谱,确定了代表蕲艾挥发性成分的23个特征色谱峰,为完善蕲艾挥发油的品质评价和质量控制体系奠定了基础,为整体上客观评价蕲艾质量提供了实验依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish GC-MS fingerprints of volatile oil fromArtemisia argyi as a basis for identification and quality evaluation of volatile oil fromArtemisiaargyi.METHODS Fifteen batches of Artemisia argyi samples were collected to extract volatile oil by steam distillation.Temperature at feed inlet was 230 ℃,carrier gas was nitrogen,and gas flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1.GC-MS fingerprints of volatile oil in 15 batches of Artemisia argyi were analyzed by temperature programmer to establish GC-MS fingerprint and analyze fingerprint similarity.RESULTS p-cymene,eucalyptol,terpene alkene,thujone,camphor,borneol,1-caryophyllene,caryophyllene oxide and other 23 characteristic components were calibrated as common characteristic peaks to establish GC-MS fingerprint of Artemisia argyi.Relative retention time and RSD of relative peak of total peak showed smaller differences,and similarity of volatile oils from15 batches of Artemisia argyi was greater than 0.90.CONCLUSION The study has established GC-MS fingerprint of volatile oil from Artemisia argyi and determined23 characteristic peaks of volatile components fromArtemisia argyi,which has laid a foundation to improve quality evaluation and control system of essential oil fromArtemisia argyi,and provided an overall objective experimental evaluation for quality of Artemisia argyi.
