摘要
基于企业注意力基础观与冗余资源相关理论,将冗余资源进一步细分为可即用冗余、可恢复冗余和潜在冗余资源,构建了高管对员工的注意力、各类冗余资源与企业创新产出之间的关系模型。以我国上海证券交易所A股制造业上市公司为研究样本,对模型进行实证检验。研究结果表明:高管对员工的注意力与企业创新产出存在正相关关系;当企业拥有较多的潜在冗余资源时,高管对员工的注意力与企业创新产出的正相关关系更为明显。
Based on the attention-based view and the theories related to slack resources,this paper firstly developed a relational model among executives' attention to employee,slack resources and innovation outputs. Then,it conducted an empirical test using the data from A-share manufacturing firms listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange in China. Results indicated that,executives' attention to employee was positively related to firm innovation. Furthermore,the relationship between executives' attention to employee and firm innovation was strengthened when the firms had more potential slack resources.
