摘要
运用三阴三阳开阖枢理论对月经周期分期提出新的见解。首先从阴阳图两极属性对月经周期分期重新定位,其次从阳气生长化收藏角度认识卵泡的发育规律,阐述月经周期阴阳消长的变化,最后认为由三阴三阳气机升降出入变化异常导致月经紊乱,可变生出阴阳寒热虚实的各种临床症状。故治疗月经病宜顺应三阴三阳开阖升降出入的动态时位,灵活使用各种方法,推动完成生长化收藏的过程,让月经恢复规律。
The Study puts forward new Chinese medicine insights to menstrual cycle according to theory of ＂ Open, Close and Axis of Three Yin and Three Yang＂. First all, Corresponding position in Yin-yang Taiji Diagram of the menstrual cycle stages are rearranged according to vertex properties of Taiji Diagram ; Secondly, follicular development regularities is explained from the view of birth, growth, transformation, harvest, store of Yang-Qi. Finally, our opinions about menstrual disorder is induced by Qi activity（ upflow, downflow, outflow and inflow）and variable clinical symptoms of Yin-Yang and Cold-Heat and Deficiency-Excess in TCM are produced. Accordingly, the treatment of menstrual disorder should promote the complete collection of the three Yin and three Yang Qi activity to restore menstrual rule.
