摘要
为保障掘进机的工作稳定性,针对目前煤矿掘进机载荷谱研究存在的不足,提出基于数据记录仪的掘进机油缸载荷谱分析研究。首先进行了掘进机液压缸的载荷测试计算,然后提出了截割周期判定与数据选择的4个标准,最后重点讨论了液压缸单周期下的载荷历程。研究结果对于提升煤矿掘进机械掘进技术水平具有重要意义。
To ensure the operation stability of roadheader,according to the existing problems in the research of the coal mine roadheader load spectrum,the analysis of the load spectrum based on the data recorder was put forward in this study.First,the load test and calculation of the hydraulic cylinder of the roadheader was carried out. Then,the 4 standards for the determination of cutting period and the data selection were put forward. Finally,the load history of the single period of the hydraulic cylinder is discussed.
