摘要
如何减少盾构隧道管片的错台与渗漏,提高隧道的施工质量是施工单位及地铁建设单位十分关心的问题。盾构始发试掘进、正常掘进、到达接收都存在管片错台与渗漏问题,通过对不同施工阶段管片错台渗漏主要原因的剖析,提出了针对性的规避措施,并应用于实际施工,提高了管片的拼装质量,最大限度的降低了因管片错台破裂、渗漏带来的管片修复、注浆堵漏的经济损失。
Contractors and metro construction units are very concerned about the problems as how to reduce the shield tunnel segment dislocation and leakage, and improve the tunnel construction quality. Shield has segments dislocation and leakage in test, construction and receiving tunneling station. Through analysis of the main reasons why segment dislocation and leakage exist at different construction stages, a series of measures are put forward to avoid quality problems, and are used in actual construction. The quality of the segment assembling is improved and the economic losses caused by the reparation, grouting and plugging for the segment dislocation rupture and percolation are maximally decreased.
