摘要
以对甲基苯甲酸甲酯、水合肼、芳香醛为原料,合成了7种芳香醛缩对甲基苯甲酰腙类化合物,目标化合物对菜粉蝶幼虫进行了触杀、胃毒和拒食活性试验。结果表明,该类化合物对菜粉蝶幼虫主要表现为触杀作用,胃毒活性和拒食活性较弱;其中以2,4-二氯苯甲醛缩对甲基苯甲酰腙的触杀活性最强,处理24、48 h后,对菜粉蝶幼虫的EC50分别为65.78、54.31 mg/L。
Taking p-methyl benzoic acid methyl ester,hydrazine hydrate and aromatic aldehydes as materials,seven compounds of aromatic aldehydes p-methyl benzoyl hydrazone were synthesized in lab and their chemical structures were confirmed by elemental analysis and the infrared spectrum. The contact toxicity,stomach toxicity and antifeedant activity of seven compounds were tested against Pieris rapae larvae. The results showed that,these compounds had stronger contact toxicity and weaker stomach toxicity and antifeedant activity. Among the seven compounds,2,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde p-methyl benzoyl hydrazone had the strongest contact toxicity. Toxicity tests of 2,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde p-methyl benzoyl hydrazone showed that the EC50 of contact toxicity for cabbage caterpillar in 24 h,48 h after treatment were 65.78 mg / L,54.31 mg / L respectively.
