摘要
高校工资管理具有政策性强、数据信息量庞大复杂的特点,且自2006年国家对事业单位收入分配制度改革以来,工资调整频率有所提高,工资运行机制也发生着相应的变化.为了适应工资管理的特点和制度的变化,基于高校工资管理的实践操作,以提高工资管理水平和效率、增强工资信息的准确性为目的,着重介绍foxpro软件在工资管理中如何灵活处理大量工资数据的应用,该系统具有简单直观、实用性强、通用性强的特点.
University salary management has the characteristics of strong policy, huge and complex data information. Since 2006 the country has reformed the income distribution system of public institution, salary adjustment frequency has increased and the salary operation mechanism is also a corresponding change. In order to adapt to the salary management characteristics and system changes, based on the practice of university salary management, in order to improve the management level and efficiency, and enhance the accuracy of the salary information, this paper focus on how to deal with the application of a large amount of salary data in the salary management of foxpro software. This software is simple, intuitive, practical and general.
