摘要
"大众创业,万众创新"是我国的发展动力之源和推动经济结构调整的双引擎。近些年,随着中国经济发展进入新常态,国务院办公厅颁布了《关于大力推动大众创业万众创新若干政策措施的意见》,为创新支持创业、创业带动创新的良性互动提供了有利的政策支持,这给当代大学生就业难的问题提供了一个有效的政策扶持,完善了之前对大学生的创业扶持政策。文章在双创政策实施的背景下说明了双创的提出对之前创业政策的补充并研究双创背景下大学生创业扶持政策对当代大学生创业成功的影响研究。
＂Mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂ is the twin-engine of our country＇s development power and economic structural adjustment. In recent years, with the development of China＇s economy into the new normal, the general office of the state council issued ＂ opinions about some policies and measures of pushing mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂, providing a favorable policy support for entrepreneurship and innovation, providing an effective policy support for contemporary college students＇ employment problem. In this paper, under the background of double gen policy, the author illustrates the dual and complement of entrepreneurship policy before the ＂double gen＂, and puts forward the influence factors of contemporary college students＇ entrepreneurial success.
