摘要
为确定满足在热交换领域除垢要求的超声变幅杆的类型和参数,介绍了超声变幅杆的作用和类型,分析了超声变幅杆在超声除垢系统中的主要作用,提出一种应用于换热设备上的超声变幅杆的类型及参数确定方法.基于部分假设,结合工程实例,建立了一种圆锥形变幅杆的数学模型,进行了变幅杆共振长度的理论分析计算,推导出其长度方程.借助数值分析软件MATLAB求解方程,并给出最适结果.在理论结果的基础上,使用Solid Works软件建立三维模型,并使用其有限元分析模块Simulation进行分析及优化设计.结果表明,用于换热设备上的超声变幅杆的类型及参数确定方法可行,理论求解-有限元分析优化流程在确定变幅杆参数上具有准确性和高效性的特点.
In order to determine the type and parameters of ultrasonic horn used in descaling,the paper introduced the ultrasonic horn's types and functions,analyze the main roles of ultrasonic horn in descaling system. A method was proposed for determining the type and parameters of ultrasonic horn used in heat exchange equipment. Based on some assumptions,the theoretical analysis and calculation of the horn's resonance length were combined with an engineering example,and a mathematical model of conical horn was established. The theoretical analysis and calculation of the horn's length under resonance condition were carried out,and the length equation was derived. The equipment was solved by the numerical analysis software MATLAB and the optimal value was given. The results of the optimization L = 154.9 mm was 7.72% higher than that of the theoretical derivation. Based on the theoretical results,a three-dimensional model was established by Solid Works and the Simulation,the finite element module of Solid Works was used to analyze and optimize the design. The results show that the method to determine the type and the parameters of the horn used in heat exchange equipment is feasible and it is accurate and efficient to use the process of theoretical solution-finite element analysis and optimization for determining the types and parameters of ultrasonic horn.
